2007 MEDICAL REFERRAL LIST
The following list of medical advisors is provided as a service
to members of the Lupus Foundation of Northern California. The Foundation,
its parent organization, affiliates, subchapters, and any related entities
or individuals, their officers, directors, employees, and volunteers cannot
attest to the professional qualifications or experience, nor can they recommend
such individuals or groups, and specifically disclaim any liability that
may be related in any manner whatsoever for a choice of medical advisor.
Members should be aware that it is their sole responsibility to choose
their own medical advisors.

How to find a physician in your area:
- Find your county, listed in alphabetical order.
- Choose a physician(s) from the list (listed alphabetically in each city).
NOTE: The Foundation does not have information about which types
of medical insurance a physician is currently accepting; you will have
to contact physician's offices for requirements. |
