Membership Information
Start receiving the benefits of being a Foundation member by filling out a membership application. Members receive seven to eight newsletters annually, a New You magazine, and video lending library privileges.

Subchapters in California
The Foundation has helped 28 sub-chapters and support groups become established throughout central and northern California. The Foundation provides educational materials, assistance, promotional assistance, and annual training for these groups. We also list contact information and current meeting schedules.

Volunteer Opportunities 
We welcome office volunteers each Wednesday and Thursday from 9:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.. We produce a monthly volunteer newsletter and calendar so our volunteers are aware of the projects to be completed.
